Clinical Trials Toolkits
Recruitment & Retention Toolkit
Trial Innovation Network accepts toolkit submissions from CTSAs and reputable community health partners and provides them as a free resource to the research community. The materials on this site are designed primarily for the CTSA Program staffs and institutions participating in the Trial Innovation Network. Other parties conducting engagement, recruitment, and retention activities for clinical trials and multi-site studies are welcomed to adopt these resources for local use as well. These resources are intended to provide a variety of information that include the best evidence-based recruitment information and some that may be evidence-informed. These materials are not meant for the general public. Some materials may not be suitable for adoption in isolation of a comprehensive engagement, recruitment, and retention plan.
If you would like to submit a resource to be considered for public sharing, please be advised that the toolkit resources are collected through an open submission portal and reviewed by an internal review committee for content screening and light-touch editing before becoming accessible to the broader network.
The posting of shared resources to the Trial Innovation Network Toolkit is not an endorsement from the Trial Innovation Network, NCATS, or the NIH. Those adopting the resources for their local use are expected to appropriately cite the resources used in the toolkit and give full credit to original developer, the contributor(s), as well as the Trial Innovation Network.
